European Youth Card in Albania

The European Youth Card Association (EYCA) is a non-profit organization that represents 37 youth card organizations in 35 countries across Europe. All are committed to promoting youth mobility and active citizenship to more than 6 million cardholders. EYCA has one member organization in every country/territory where it is represented.

Since February 2015, Youth Act is a member of European Youth Card Organization (EYCA), as well as its counter parts in Europe is committed to promote youth mobility and active citizenship. Youth Act Center as a member of EYCA develops the youth card in Albania offering discounts and benefits in the fields of mobility, accommodation, culture and services. The Youth Card is one of the main objectives (objective 2.6 Youth Card) of the National Plan of Youth Action 2015-2020, drafted by The Ministry of Social Welfare and Youth. Based on EYCA Values Youth Act is focused on Youth Oriented by generating, disseminating and using knowledge of young people and continuously focusing all EYCA activities on young people by appealing to all young people and creating opportunities for all young people to participate, taking account of diversity and differential needs of excluded groups
