Empowering Youth through entrepreneurship skills

In this initiative experts and facilitator will share the right model in entrepreneurship and leadership participants will have opportunity to improve and develop their skills and help empower them with the right tools to become future entrepreneurs.

The goal here is to tie together leadership and entrepreneurship and to discuss the features of leadership that are most essential to existing and new businesses. The view is that leaders are those who are particular successful at choosing the right direction when a multitude of possibilities are presented and they also have the skill necessary to convince others that they have this ability. To do this, leaders tend to be generalists rather than specialists.
